The "Delizie della Lunigiana" artisan workshop is located in Filattiera. A small town in upper Tuscany,
deals with the production and processing of fruit, vegetables and vegetables
in delicious gourmet jams.
This initiative was born in 2017 thanks to the experience as a chef, gained in more than 40 activities, by one of the partners, Mr. Tony Pannone.
The jams we produce were created to be paired with cheeses
of any type, for example: young or aged Pecorino cheese, Caprini, Parmigiani regardless of the degree of seasoning, Stracchini, sweet or spicy Gorgonzola.
Furthermore, they have been tested in combination with Swiss, French, Dutch, Spanish and English cheeses, always meeting the approval of the tasters.
The products we use to make our jams are of the highest quality and the supply takes place through local producers, therefore at km.0.
The jams do not contain any type of preservative except natural ones (citric acid-lemon juice), and are produced with low temperature cooking, which means that the taste of the final product is not altered, for a unique culinary experience and high level.
